This year has been tough and depressive for all of us. Pandemic has confined us all to our homes, and many people turned to unhealthy lifestyles, due to the lack of opportunities for outdoor activities.
As 2020 is finally coming to an end, a time has come for our New Year’s resolutions. Association VivaBiH is here to help you realize your life plans and decisions, therefore we are inviting you to make a vegan New Year resolution, Vegolution, and try being a vegan for a month.
Vegolution includes a monthly diet plan by our nutritionist, Tajna Klisura. This plan includes recommendations for three daily meals, as well as some advice on nutrition. So, every day during the realization of your Vegolution, you will get free access to recipes for each day. All you have to do is to obtain ingredients (and we have put a lot of effort to make them affordable), and start preparing delicious meals.
Are you wondering how to join the Vegolution? All you have to do is fill out this form, after which you will get access to all the recipes, and the private Facebook group where you can ask any questions you might have about the recipes, and share how you made them with us.
If you are not immediately sure you want to realize your Vegolution, you will have the opportunity to test it the first three days of January to try them. Recipes for the first three days will be available to everyone, so that you could check out this project’s concept.
